Our flagship Working With Communities 3-day course is designed for project managers and staff whose work requires some element of engaging, mobilising, and/or organising community members.
Participants are taken through a structured program of seminars, exercises and small group discussions to learn fundamental ideas and concepts, and analyse their levels of engagement across the project life-cycle.
By the end of the course, participants will have identified specific areas for improvement, and practical strategies that they can apply in their work.
