IS THERE LOCAL ACCOUNTABILITY?
Those implementing the initiative must be accountable back to their community. Different sectors of the community must be aware of the initiative, and able to hold decision-makers to account. Careful consideration of outreach and engagement mechanisms is important for this pillar.
